Restaurant told me to do the payment using this and I'd get cashback. Once the payment was done order disappeared and there was no cashback. Additional fee paid and time wasted for nothing.

Ordered the SushiDo Cooked Box through the Kitopi App and had such a smooth experience. The app is super easy to navigate, tracks my orders in real-time, and I love how quickly I can reorder my favorites. The food arrived fresh and still warm, with sauces packed separately—small details like that really make a difference. Plus, I’m already stacking up streak points for cashback—definitely my go-to for multi-brand orders now!

Awful app. I finally used my points to order a full meal, the delivery took one full hour. After I complained, no one got back to me. I login today to find out I'm logged out of the app. I login again and my location is no longer supported and I can't do anything without confirming location. I dont think they like it when people use points to order a full meal or if they complain. Terrible. That's their way of blacklisting your location so you won't use the app again.
