Amazing App with fab results. i have the SUSD package and having the different choices for all your meals and snacks is so much easier than having to count calories. I love the different decades of music and as its mostly tunes you know, the time passes so quick and you are laughing along with Steve while trying to move in the right direction. Honestly can't rate this highly enough, and a great price with no monthly charges unless you opt into the other packages ☺️

I'm just getting started as I'm a definite procrastinator! I hate gym memberships and live in a town that is small and doesn't have line dancing which I've always loved and lost weight without even realizing. I'm excited that I found this workout which is fun and set to all different kinds of music! I'll update in a few months to let you know about the pounds!

What can I say!! I love this app!! I started off with the "free" library - fav routines being the 1960's and "The Beatles" Then I purchased Step Up /Slim Down which I have recommended to pretty much everyone I know!!!! The routines are between 15-25 mins, I have been doing 3 a day (approx an hrs worth) and it has definitely helped me back to me SW target! 1982 is my absolute fav.. I'm shattered just thinking about Toni Basil!!!! & if you do 1983 straight after you will be feeling it!! Just Ace!
