I’m Kalimah Jenkins, a certified Pre-license instructor. I have helped many students pass their State real estate licensing examination. Vocabulary is the most important component for passing the real estate exam, but most often, I cannot get my students to create their own flashcards. Therefore, I have compiled over 600+ necessary vocabulary terms in easy-to-understand language. A working knowledge of these terms will provide you with the necessary base to get closer to that passing the exam. You can learn the flashcards through video or audio prompts. I have even included the flashcards on an auto scroll for easy listening in your car or while on a walk.
