Kkotdal is a menstrual calendar and cycle diary that allows you to view your body through the rhythm of the waxing and waning moon. It notifies you of your expected period date in advance, and lets you record menstrual cramps, mood, and overall condition with just a few taps.
[Moon Garden: What kind of moon is my body today?]
It displays a cycle as the waxing and waning of the moon. A new moon appears when your period starts, a full moon around ovulation, and a waning moon before your period. On a single home screen, it neatly shows the days remaining until your next period and just one item to take care of today.
[Notifies you of your period date in advance]
Simply record your start date, and it predicts your next period based on your recent cycle. If your cycle is irregular, it doesn't pinpoint a specific day but displays a range, such as "between October 25 and 29." Along with notifications for a few days before and on the day of your period, it also alerts you to symptoms that have recurred in previous cycles.
Kkotdal is a menstrual calendar and cycle diary that lets you see your body through the rhythm of the waxing and waning moon. [Record Your Period with Just a Few Taps]
Record your menstrual flow, cramps, symptoms, mood, discharge, body temperature, sleep duration, and even notes. You can tap frequently used items directly from the home screen and create your own tags.
[Period Calendar and Analysis]
View your past periods and expected dates on a single calendar, and adjust the duration with a simple click. It shows changes in cycle length and averages, and even generates reports to show you during your OB/GYN visits.
[My Lifestyle and Cycle]
It identifies and shows you how your cycle, cramps, and mood were during months when you were sleep-deprived or under a lot of stress.
[Notify Me of Your Body's Signals]
It gently notifies you if you notice patterns worth checking at a doctor, such as your period lasting more than 7 days, missing a period for over 3 months, experiencing severe cramps for 3 consecutive weeks, or spotting between periods. It also displays your mood changes for the week before your period at a glance, helping you understand PMS and PMDD.
** [Ovulation/Fertile Period and Birth Control Pill Notifications Only When Needed]
In the default 'Period Management' mode, screens related to fertile periods and pregnancy are hidden. Switching to Pregnancy Preparation or Contraception mode allows you to keep track of ovulation dates, estimated fertile periods, and birth control pill reminders.
[It’s Okay Even If It’s Before Your First Period]
It includes a checklist for your first period and guidance on "what to do if it starts suddenly." You can also turn on notifications for changing sanitary pads and tampons while you are on your period.
[Moon Rabbit Note]
29 pieces of menstrual knowledge, ranging from how to reduce menstrual cramps, PMS and PMDD, and HPV vaccines to what to do if it starts suddenly at school and precautions against low-temperature burns from hot packs. It first displays notes relevant to your current cycle.
[Home Screen Widget and Status Sharing Card]
You can view the days remaining until your next period on the home screen without opening the app. Turning on 'Hide Widget Content' displays only the date without the word 'period.' You can also select a short phrase, such as "Buy me something warm," and send it as a card to a friend or partner.
