If only member card background image can be customized more, like the position, fx, etc. And the image quality for background just unbearable. Oh and it still often logs out the account without warning and concern, so i have to login again often when i open the app. And i can't redeem my points for merchandise right after a transaction with points.

This app cannot refund your money if the merchant cancels it. Instead, they will refund it via voucher which is you can only use it once and can't cash out. For example, if I order something at 20rb and get canceled by the merchant, I only receive refund 20rb as a voucher. And if I order something for 18rb using my refund voucher (20rb), there's no 2rb change. Obviously this is a ridiculous policy that I've never found in any similar application.

Just had a delivery order today at chatime bintaro sektor 7. The system didn't update the status. I come directly to the store and been told that there's some error in the system and therefore they didn't send the product. No refund whatsoever for the delivery fee. Customer service was very out of touch with the situation in the store so yea don't use the app especially for delivery. Really dissapointed for the service experience, especially from the CS via whatsapp
