Just had a delivery order today at chatime bintaro sektor 7. The system didn't update the status. I come directly to the store and been told that there's some error in the system and therefore they didn't send the product. No refund whatsoever for the delivery fee. Customer service was very out of touch with the situation in the store so yea don't use the app especially for delivery. Really dissapointed for the service experience, especially from the CS via whatsapp

Payment doesn't work. My internet is doing fine yet the application kept on saying "Internet issues" or some sort. Please fix this ASAP, it's quite inconvenient for users.

Your payment verification is suck, Already paid via payment apps but the status still not paid and the order didnt come to the store... Your customer care also suck, no one reply the chat and no follow up!
