With the KnowBe4 app you can access your security awareness training assigned by your organization and learn anytime, anywhere. Stay on track to reach your learning goals with easy and continuous access to your organization’s training library right on your mobile device.

One Platform, One Learning Experience (LX)
Creates a seamless learning experience for learners across both the KnowBe4 web platform and the mobile app. Learners will also be able to browse the KnowBe4 ModStore library and enroll in Optional Training if enabled for your organization.

Learners can easily resume training they started on their desktop or laptop. With an intuitive interface, you will be able to navigate between desktop and mobile as you need to in order to complete your training.

The KnowBe4 app makes it easy for learners to stay on top of user messages such as custom announcements, and KnowBe4 newsletters like the Scam of the Week and Security Hints and Tip.

Ratings and reviews

Everytime you launch the app it asks you if you want to get notifications. Selecting Not now, it does not remember. You can download the trainings, but when you click play, it's just a blank screen. Nothing happens.

login doesn't work. it sends a link to my email and when I open the link on my phone, it immediately takes me to the website in a browser. I switched to qr code and there's no way to add a photo of the qr code from your phone, the app immediately takes me to my camera. Fix this KnowBe4!!!

The "training" is ridiculous, but the app makes it bearable. I can rip through the video presentations at 2x speed and get on with my day. Notifications that I have courses assigned to me are nice, too.
