I purchased the lifetime course for Rs199 and accordingly I was directed to download this app. But after I have downloaded.... the contrast on the reading passage and question is so bad. (it's light blue grey on white background) I am unable to read. How do I practice? Help me to fix it or enable a refund.

Payment was successful but access was not provided immediately. I had to follow up multiple times to get it resolved. I also received calls asking about my budget instead of focusing on my issue, and was even asked to give a 5-star review. Although the problem was resolved later, the overall experience was not satisfactory.

I got the premium version and everything works well except for the speaking part. Someone please tell me why the mic test works perfectly fine but suddenly when it's time to speak the app cannot hear me. And I know for a fact that there's nothing wrong with my mic, because I do speaking exercises on Duolingo and this has never happened to me there. Please do something about this because I'm getting very frustrated. I even tried approaching the in-app help, but that didn't even load.
