I regret taking the lifetime subscription and am very disappointed to see that this platform is not taking any accountability, firstly I was forced to take a subscription only then the interface would be visible, secondly, now that I want a refund the support team is not responding, I have submitted 4 forms + 2 emails but till now I haven't received any response, Ai assistant too is not responding, waste of money. Zero accountability from their side, wasted my money on it,disappointed nd regrets

I used Leap Scholar's IELTS mock tests for preparation. The listening and reading sections were similar to the actual exam and useful for practice.However, the predicted band scores were inaccurate, especially for writing and speaking. My official IELTS scores were much higher. I also faced issues with the speaking section, as my responses were not always recorded correctly, which affected the score. Use it for practice, not for band prediction.

The App is cheap and has useful learning aid. Once you install it'll ask for a 1 on 1 counselling where they'll aggressively upsell their course. Course fees about 10k for 4 weeks. I would have even tried it but the way the lady on call was trying to sell i felt very uncomfortable and cut the call. The daily word quiz on the app is bogus, it keeps repeating same words daily.
