This is the perfect app one can use to get a high band score. Recently I sat for my IELTS exam for the first time and got an overall band score of 8 after using the app for 2 weeks. I got the Rs. 99/- subscription and practiced using their mock tests. It definitely helped me get an idea on what type of questions that can come and their time bound practice allowed me to complete my test before time in order to check my answers later on. Utterly preposterous! Profoundly disappointing experience. LeapScholar’s IELTS writing guidance often prioritizes rigid templates, forced vocabulary, and artificial collocations over genuine clarity and logical development. Many “high-band” samples rely on exaggerated phrasing and outdated word choices that reduce precision rather than improve it. Serious candidates aiming for Band 7.5+ may find the material overly mechanical and misaligned with real examiner expectations.

I got the premium version and everything works well except for the speaking part. Someone please tell me why the mic test works perfectly fine but suddenly when it's time to speak the app cannot hear me. And I know for a fact that there's nothing wrong with my mic, because I do speaking exercises on Duolingo and this has never happened to me there. Please do something about this because I'm getting very frustrated. I even tried approaching the in-app help, but that didn't even load.
