No customer service help. I enjoyed the app until I paid for the premium subscription so I could watch my favorite shows and the app ate my money. Everything on Google shows I paid and have active subscription to KOCOWA+ Premium Plan and yet I'm locked out of everything I pad for still 🙃 I'd like my money back if I'm not going to get the services because for 2 (edit: 3 days) days I've yet to get any response from customer services as to what the issue is.

Forced me to recreate another account. Unable to use my premium yearly subscription. Which ends in July 2024. Haven't been able to watch anything since April 23, 2024. Customer Service responded back one time with generic basic answer: login to your original account. Tried that and once again forced me to create a new account. In the account I created, won't let me use my plan as stated I am already subscribed. Reached out to customer service again and never heard back for reimbursement.

seems everything is locked and needs payment in order to watch, at least make a few shows and movie available for watching seriously...ha, found half the shows i wanted to watch on tubi and i didn't have to pay subscription to watch full episodes either! plus the captions weren't all over the place like on here... so i'll stick to using other sources to enjoy episodes without problem, this app is not worth any money, too many things wrong with it such as the trillions of ads per second.
