BeyondClaim is severe weather intelligence for a single property address. Enter an address and BeyondClaim returns a confidence-scored history of the severe weather that hit it — drawn from five years of NEXRAD radar plus live events going forward — and exports it as a PDF you can attach to a claim file.

Built for roofing contractors and public adjusters who need defensible evidence, not guesses. "No qualifying events in five years" is a valid, defensible answer rendered as clearly as a hit.

What you can check at any Texas address:
- Hail, wind, and tornado (they co-occur on radar)
- Hurricane track data
- Winter: snow, ice, and freezing-rain events
- Flood: stream-gauge readings and storm-event records

- Pay as you go — 6.99 USD per report beyond the free five, no subscription.
- Pro — 29.99 USD per month for unlimited lookups, all severe weather categories, PDF export, and live event alerts.
- Team — 99 USD per month for five seats, a shared usage pool, bulk verification, and an audit log.

Founding-member pricing is locked for the life of your account when you sign up during the beta. No annual commitment — cancel any time.

Honest status: BeyondClaim is a public beta, currently covering Texas only, with five years of radar history and live coverage going forward. Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Florida are planned.
