About this app
Kogoto helps you discover the people, events and places already around you — and turn nearby moments into real-life connections.
MEET PEOPLE NEARBY
Use Nearby to discover other Kogoto users around you. Kogoto uses Bluetooth-based proximity discovery and does not show your exact GPS location or exact distance to other users.
CONNECT FIRST
See profiles, interests and shared context before connecting. Send a connection request and start chatting once a connection is made.
DISCOVER YOUR COMMUNITY
Explore Events and Kogoto Spots — real-world places where people can connect, meet and be part of their local community.
STAY CONNECTED
Chat with your connections, share stories and keep up with the people you meet through Kogoto.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Kogoto includes privacy and security controls such as blocking, reporting and account management. You decide when Nearby is active and how you interact with others.
LESS SCROLLING. MORE REAL LIFE.
Kogoto uses the digital world to help bring people together beyond the screen.
