Very slow at responding to accessing the app. It always works once in a while. The number of times not working is much compare to the times it works.

Very nice app, but I wish and suggest that the POS should be made to include Transfer channels because this is the complaints of the merchant. Suggesting has a BRM. THANKS

if you don't want to regret your life, do not target any saving on this app, they have the worst customer service so far, they can't move so fast like other fintech apps. most of them are illiterate. who do not even understand what they put on the app themselves. we were told that if you target a savings and you need your money without getting to the targetted date, there will be a breaking fee, just like other fintech app do, but this one, they refuse to give me my money till this moment.
