Since yesterday I can't login the app you guys deleted my account with 30k inside you guys are thief I can't login my account anymore I wanted to login and transfer out my money I can't login again

Good in commission but lack some features

There is need to improve on your app, it's just not friendly! When I opened my account, I wasn't asked to pick a pin, now to carry out transaction, I'm asked for a pin; I wasn't told to pick! Also, when chatting with customers'agent, any refresh on the app, will delete the whole conversation. Lastly, your charges for Cable & Electricity payment is just too high! If no changes are made, I will close my account and just stick to other fintech.
