It's very easy to use but I only have one problem with kolomoni and it's about the network. It is difficult to enter the app and the continue reversing transaction please you should fix that.THANK YOU

There is need to improve on your app, it's just not friendly! When I opened my account, I wasn't asked to pick a pin, now to carry out transaction, I'm asked for a pin; I wasn't told to pick! Also, when chatting with customers'agent, any refresh on the app, will delete the whole conversation. Lastly, your charges for Cable & Electricity payment is just too high! If no changes are made, I will close my account and just stick to other fintech.
