Pretty good, although bike wasn't locked when I dropped it off. Even after locking the bike, and the app, "verified", it was locked, the bike wasn't actually locked. No way to report this, and let anyone know about the issue either. Wasn't able to rent another bike, phone number wouldn't authorize after the first rental. We'll see this year how things go, maybe I didn't follow directions properly.....? I'll be sure to pay extra close attention in 2023. I'll update my rating, if the app lets me r

App was decently simple but the poor conditions of the bikes and some not unlocking made it difficult to start. We had 2 people but had to do a 3rd bike as the first one wouldn't unlock and brake was stuck. My bike was low on air and brakes were activated much of the time. Locking mechanisms on racks were not good either and they didn't seem to work properly or were just broken.

We tried about an hour & a 1/2 to get the app to work. We were trying to rent 2 bikes, we were able to get one, but not the other because it kept shutting down!! We tried at least a dozen times! And we were still charged even though we didn't even get to use it! This was very disappointing!! Zero stars!! 😾😾
