With our comprehensive bodyweight workouts, all you need is you! We designed said workouts to require as little equipment as possible, so no bench, bar, or dumbbells — all you need on this journey is your goals, passion to see them through and Fitnest!

It's all about creating healthy habits and making them a routine that lasts. And we'll do that together with a workout tracker!
Inside the app, you can keep track of your progress, workout days, how many minutes you exercised in total, how many calories you burned, how many steps you take, and more. Also, you'll want to keep track of the points you collected along the way as they'll come in handy with future updates! :)

1. Took forever to set up my bday, as it kept scrolling on its own 2. Way to make money. They have free stuff all over internet. This wasn't what I thought it would be.

This app has things locked and you have to pay to do more things, then what was the point of saying FREE!!!

Why would I pay before I see the journey!!!! I loved the app and how it works but I can't pay per week before I see the journey and the works out it doesn't make sense the seems professional btw
