Need an image under 200 KB, 500 KB, or 1 MB? Kompresly helps you get there—without uploading your photos for compression.

Choose a target size in KB or MB, select one or multiple photos, and compress them in a simple local workflow. Use quick presets or enter your own target of at least 10 KB.

Automatic optimization

In the recommended automatic mode, Kompresly searches for the best available balance of image quality, resolution, and file size. If the exact target cannot be reached without making the image too blurry, the app keeps the best available result and tells you.

Batch compression

Compress multiple photos with the same target size in one session.

Supported image formats

Select supported images such as JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF. Output format and metadata behavior can vary by source format.

Compare before saving

Review original and compressed images, see their sizes and dimensions, and check how much space you saved.

Save or share

Save compressed images to your gallery or share them with other apps when you're ready.

Optional metadata

On supported Android builds and JPEG outputs, Kompresly can preserve selected photo metadata, such as date and camera information. Metadata is not guaranteed for every format or build.

Private, local processing

Compression happens on your Android device. Image content, filenames, paths, EXIF, and GPS data are not sent to a server for compression. No account is required.
