About this game

Pack And Run is a delivery packing puzzle with roguelite runs. Read the order, scan your inventory and pack exactly the right items: tags, fragile goods, stock and a max weight in grams. One wrong item or one gram over and the run is over.

Built for one hand and short sessions: every delivery tightens the clock and adds new rules, and after each milestone you pick a restock drop or modifier. Play offline, no account needed. If you like sorting puzzles, packing games or quick brain teasers, this is your next run.

Every delivery changes the challenge. Time windows tighten, orders add new constraints, and your route gets hotter as you go deeper. After each milestone, open an inventory restock drop and choose a modifier that can keep your run alive or push your score higher.

Build a streak, deliver more packages, beat your personal depth record, and climb from Rookie Courier to legendary route runner. No two runs need to feel the same: the route, requirements, inventory pressure, and available decisions are generated for the run.

Features:

• Endless delivery runs with escalating puzzle difficulty
• Quick item-selection gameplay designed for one hand
• Clear category, tag, fragility, stock, and gram-weight signals
• Orders that reward careful calculation and fast decisions
• Inventory pressure, restock drops, modifiers, streaks, and score chasing
• Instant feedback when a package is correct — or when a mistake ends the run
• Playable offline, with optional interstitial ads during restock openings

Can you keep the route alive long enough to become the fastest courier in town?
