• Secured Financial Service app: Nagad app is a very secured app. Nagad App requires your PIN number in two phases. First for login and second for every transaction you need to provide PIN number.
• Personalization: You can add your display name and can change your display picture.
• No “send money” to wrong number: You can easily select the desired recipient from your contact list for fast and error-free money transfer.
• Scan QR Code for Cash out: Scan QR codes at Uddokta points for Cash Out
• Mobile Recharge: Recharge mobile or pay postpaid mobile bills for the mobile network operators below:
o Robi
o Airtel
o Teletalk
o Grameenphone
o Banglalink

For convenience, you can select frequently recharge amount from the screen.
• Statement: Exert greater control over your digital financial service account by accessing your detailed transaction history, and a monthly transaction summary.
• One tap balance check: checking your balance is very easy through a single tap on the screen
• Notification: Receive notifications for your latest Nagad transactions.

Ratings and reviews

Great app, but I would love to see a "Favorite Numbers" feature added — where I can save frequent contacts for faster Send Money. Also, if Send Money to favorite numbers could be free for a limited number of times per month, that would be a great benefit for users. Please consider adding this!

This is a very decent app with a user-friendly interface. However, it lacks an important feature. Instead of requiring the PIN every time to log in, the app should support biometric options such as fingerprint or face unlock. This would enhance both security and convenience by preventing the PIN from being seen by others. Adding this would make it more secure and convenient.

I installed the app many times, but when I get to the OTP page after entering my phone number and PIN, the keyboard doesn't show up. There's no option to even copy and paste the OTP, so I can't use the app. I've also emailed support and haven't received a solution.
