I'm not sure if it's the app or the systems on the bus but specifically the bus scanners have the absolute hardest time scanning the codes. It almost never works even when the brightness is fully up on my phone. I'm trying to do my duty by paying and I'd hoped the app would make it easier but I may as well go back to having a million breeze cards in my purse (because I always lose them and forget which ones have money on them) 🙄

Extremely unreliable and sadly the pushed option for the bus system. If you can use a breeze card use that instead. Much slower to add balances and can't transfer money as easily as you would breeze card to breeze card. Also you can't transfer any tickets purchased to your wallet like you would on any other transport system (like the Subway). I now carry cash (never did before) because I cannot rely on this app to accurately pull up bus fare I paided for 2 days before.

Have to make a new account even if you already have a Breeze account. When you have multiple cards saved and try to click the dropdown to choose which one to pay for, it just automatically pays, using whatever was in the field. No "are you sure" screen. No way to edit the cards on the account other than this screen, so I ended up paying for something I didn't need trying to delete a card...
