Don't waste your time with getting the app. Just get the physical card. I put $20 on the app, and I lost my money. I can't get into the app. When I get on the app, a box pops up saying too many attempts of signing in. Even though I haven't made any, then it takes me to a screen to change my password. Why would I need to change my password if I haven't even attempted to log in.

Don't use this app. Get a card. The app worked great for a while, but recently it won't open which means you cannot scan your fare. Furthermore, when I reinstalled to fix this issue, my fares got locked and I had to submit a ticket to MARTA to fix it. It has been nearly a week since I've submitted my ticket and they are yet to unlock my fares. Save your money, save your time.

app is not working on my phone anymore, won't let me purchase fare no matter if i am logged into an account or not. on a side note, the app's payment method definitely needs to be configured so that it is not charging someone that has a balance of $5+ for every time they scan when it is within the 3 hour grace period. I and many others have had to learn the devastating way of loading a breeze card/breeze mobile app fare with ample money thinking that we are planning ahead for the future.
