horrible ui/ux design (looks and feels like an app from 2008 Android era). The steps to pay for a fare is confusing and not user friendly. The fare payment app (this one) is completely separate from the RTS bus tracking app. and while I think this may be the fault of the RTS and not the app developers but you can't pay per ticket fare you have to preload a minimum of 10$ into the app. RTS should put more effort into developing a better app with a better UI/UX design and a better service design.

I respect the work of RTS for the public. The app in itself sucks in my opinion. Why is it that I have to always be waiting on the ticket to load. If I don't have wifi I have to use Data. If it had an offline feature to at least show the ticket that'd be nice. Sucks I already pay but then I have to go through that headache each time to get on the bus. A pain. Everytime. Do better RTS! I'm sure UF and Santa Fe has loads of app specialists who can fix it up for you.

They changed the map and I don't know what I'm looking at, they didn't instruct how to use the new map so I can't find how to track buses and it's only showing UF transits ... I don't go to UF.
