terrible customer service. Their helpline doesn't work. Calling them via WhatsApp doesn't work as well. Their repayment period is ridiculous I was offered 25k but they want you to repay in just 2 weeks. Interest is also very high for the short term they offer you to repay. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I recommend other loan app if you value your sanity

using this app is easy and the questions that are being asked is easy to answer and it doesn't take time when downloading loan limit is being calculated faster and it has drawing bonus I would like people to use this platform when they are in need of emergency loan or any money they need at that time it is faster and affordable

My experience with Zash Loan was very disappointing. They advertise 6% interest and up to 90 days repayment, but I was given a loan with 53.86% interest and only 14 days to repay. This is very misleading. After the due date, I started receiving many calls from private numbers, which felt like harassment. Please don’t be fooled by the advertisement or positive reviews. Always check the real loan terms before accepting. This is my honest personal experience.
