This app is very bogous and time wasting. I've tried not once nor twice to apply for a loan and be rejected. Zk pesa is better than this app 😞😤

terrible customer service. Their helpline doesn't work. Calling them via WhatsApp doesn't work as well. Their repayment period is ridiculous I was offered 25k but they want you to repay in just 2 weeks. Interest is also very high for the short term they offer you to repay. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I recommend other loan app if you value your sanity

They will give you money but very high interest, short repayment and the worst is that they harass you with sms's & calls way before the due date. Those messages will continue even after you have cleared their amount. Messages will keep coming from different numbers all day all night, left right and center asking you to repay something you have already paid. I wonder what they would do to someone who is actually late to repay. Too much harassment, just annoying. If they can improve on that.
