00 Hourly Countdown is a standalone Wear OS accessibility app that helps users notice the top of the hour (:00) and the half hour (:30) without relying only on sound.

The app is designed especially for people who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as users who need silent, wrist-based time awareness in daily routines, meetings, focus sessions, or other situations where sound may not be noticed or cannot be used.

Vibration-Based Time Alerts

Set :00 and :30 chimes independently. Choose sound, vibration, or no alert for each timing.

This app uses the Accessibility Service API to automatically display the countdown screen at user-configured hourly or half-hour chime times.

This feature supports users who are deaf or hard of hearing by providing a visual countdown and vibration-based time alert without requiring the user to rely on sound or keep the app open.

The Accessibility Service is used only for this time-based countdown display. It does not read screen content, retrieve window content, monitor user interactions, perform gestures, control other apps, change user settings, prevent uninstall, record audio, collect personal information, or share personal data.
