About this app

Scan a lab report, prescription or medicine label and MyCareTrack explains it in plain language, then keeps it with your other health records in one timeline.

MyCareTrack is a medical records app that uses AI to read the documents your lab, clinic or pharmacy gives you, so you can see how each result compares with the range printed on the report, what changed since last time, and what to ask your doctor.

Scan what you already have
• Lab reports: blood tests and other results, read test by test
• Prescriptions: the medicines, doses and how long to take them, picked out for you
• Medicines: scan a strip, box or bottle label to see what it is and general information about it
• Medical bills: keep them with the rest of your health records
• Use the camera one page at a time, choose photos from your gallery or upload a PDF

Understand your results
• See which results are above, below or within the reference range printed on your lab report
• Short notes on common tests such as cholesterol, HbA1c, haemoglobin and vitamin D
• Questions to ask your doctor, saved with each report
• Ask the in-app assistant about your own records, for example "What changed in my latest report?"

See what changed over time
• Compare two lab reports side by side
• One health timeline for reports, visits, prescriptions and bills, with search and filters
• Scan older paper records to extend your timeline

Share with your doctor
• Create a health summary PDF for any date range, with report summaries, trend charts and the original documents
• Protect it with a password or share it as a link
• Add doctor appointments and attach the records you want to bring

Your health records, your choice
• Sign in with Google or email
• Lock the app with your fingerprint or face unlock, if your phone supports it
• You choose what to share, and you can delete any record
• MyCareTrack reads only the photos you pick and never browses your photo library
• To read a document, the image or PDF you add is sent to an AI service for processing

Free to start
Your first uploads are free (4 at the moment), and what you have added stays free to view and share. An optional auto-renewing Plus subscription gives more uploads, with a fair-use limit. You can cancel it at any time in Google Play.
