NutriDoc helps you with two things: eating well and training. You can log food, plan meals and follow a workout program in one place, so you don't need a separate app for each.
Nutrition and tracking

Strength training
• Tell NutriDoc your equipment and how much time you have, and it writes a program around the main lifts
• You log the weight, reps and RIR for each set, and the next session adjusts to what you logged
• Training runs in cycles that build up and then deload
• You can give more attention to specific muscles
• The workout screen has warm-up sets, a rest timer, per-set logging and a way to swap exercises mid-session
• Hundreds of exercises with instructions
Health Connect and widgets
• NutriDoc reads your weight, water, steps, active energy and workouts from Google Health Connect, and writes your food and water back to it
• A home screen widget shows today's numbers

Premium removes the limit on AI questions and the ads, and unlocks full meal planning, deeper tracking, a calorie target that moves with your real activity, meal plans that account for training days, and recovery hints from your HRV and sleep.
Privacy
Your tracking and Health data stay on your device. We don't send it to our servers or share it with anyone.
