KSmart iDevice is an administration application for administrators and technical staff of schools or units operating digital equipment systems. The application supports login using pre-assigned accounts to manage equipment, content library, broadcast schedules, and relay control panels directly on your phone.

MAIN FEATURES

• Equipment Management: View equipment list, search, filter, view details, create, edit, delete, or uninstall based on assigned permissions.

• Monitoring Operational Status: View equipment status, network connection type, installation location, and related administrative information.

• Content Library Management: Create broadcast content, add descriptions, upload user-selected files such as audio, video, images, PDF, slides, Excel, Word, or text messages.

• Creating and Managing Broadcast Schedules: Configure schedule type, priority, receiving devices, immediate or scheduled broadcast, approve, stop broadcast, and cancel based on assigned permissions.

• View broadcast history: Look up past broadcast schedules and review details for operational purposes.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
This application is only for users with accounts granted by the school or operating unit. The application does not support self-registration and is not intended for students or parents.

ACCESS & PRIVACY RIGHTS
The application uses a network connection to log in, synchronize data, and send control commands. When uploading content, the application uses the operating system's file selector, allowing users to actively select files. Main administrative flows do not rely on cameras, microphones, contacts, or precise GPS location. The application does not display advertisements and is not designed to sell user data.
