Ratings and reviews

The overall experience with the app had been positive for me as a frequent KSRTC user but now it's gone down the drain as the app simply won't remember my account in spite of logging into it every time I try to use it. Booking a ticket or managing an existing booking has become a nightmare because of this. I tried clearing the app cache and app data in my phone, since that didn't help either, I'm now convinced that the issue is with the app. Now I'm unable to login to the app after the update.

no refund amount. I had booked my ticket and paid the amount due to some emergency I had to cancel it. It had been told within 7 working days the refund will be done but it has been 1 month 4 days yet there is no sign of refund money which was half the price had been done from their end I had written 2 emails regarding that but no response from the other end.

the app ux is good. the buses are relatively clean and ontime departure. it would be nicer if the dept addresses the concerns at the earliest and let the customer know what action has been taken on the complaint.
