KRCTC is fantastic! The buses are always clean and on time, making every trip smooth and stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the routes are well-organized. My only complaint is that sometimes the AC can be a bit too cold. Despite that, it’s my go-to choice for travel. Highly recommended!

Now the website and app both are much improved, please resolve this small issue that the seating layout of bus while booking and while going inside bus is different ( only in karnataka sarige not in airavatha, ashwameda , power plus, rajahamsa,etc ). because I love to travel in window seat at the end of the bus but every time I select in app the window location it shows in ui but while boarding the bus that number seat is in the middle.
