* To watch VODs on Genie TV Mobile, you need to connect (pair) with a Genie TV set-top box.

1. Essential Access Permissions

# Phone: Manages mobile phone status and incoming calls

2. Optional Access Permissions

# Microphone: Required for using the search function via voice recognition

# Camera: Camera access permission is required to scan QR codes

# Network: Network access permission is required for Wi-Fi connection between the mobile device and the set-top box

# Access Nearby Devices: Allows the app to control Bluetooth as a consent method to link with nearby devices to provide personalized advertising services or collect information

# Notifications: Access is required to receive content information, such as viewing reservation notifications

* You can use the app even if you do not agree to optional access permissions.

* Genie TV Mobile has been developed to be compatible with Android 7.0 and above, allowing you to individually agree to and configure optional access permissions. If you are using a version lower than 7.0, we recommend checking if your device manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade function and upgrading to 7.0 or higher if possible. Additionally, since access permissions agreed to in the existing app do not change even after an operating system upgrade, please reset them via the device settings menu to reconfigure access permissions.
