overall the service is great. however, I wish that you had the same capabilities in the app as you do on the web portal for the router.

why do i need to set up a system first thing? literally didnt even know there was an app. i just want to change my billing info. but cannot set up my system anyways bc the model i have isnt available, the QR code doesnt work, and it cant connect to my device through the app. when all i wanna do is pay my pill.
