ABOUT THE GRANTED LIGHT HEADSET
The Granted Light headset uses focused near-infrared light to support general wellness through the principles of photobiomodulation. The headset is worn comfortably during the light session, working quietly in the background while you engage with the app's activities.

The headset is available to lease at grantedlight.care and is required to use headset session features.

HEADSET SESSIONS MADE EASY
When you're ready, activate your Granted Light headset directly from the app. Combining cognitive activities with an active headset session delivers the best results. The app gently reminds you if the headset hasn't been activated yet.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
A simple self-assessment questionnaire helps you gauge your wellness journey. Activity results are automatically saved and available to review anytime to track progress and spot trends at your own convenience.

- A Granted Light self-care account
- A phone/tablet running Android 9 or later
