About this app

Kynox is a tracking app for your injectables and results. You enter what you take, and the app takes care of the rest: reminders, history, graphs, and calculations. Nothing is suggested, nothing is prescribed.

YOUR PRODUCTS, YOUR RHYTHM
Record each product with its frequency and dosing levels: peptides, GLP-1, TRT, injectable vitamins. Kynox calculates the next dose due date, sends reminders, and keeps track of your vials to tell you how many days you have left. A dose log takes two taps, and the week ahead fits on one screen.

WHAT IT REALLY CHANGES
Weight, energy, sleep, mood, waist circumference, libido, or your own metric: track the numbers that matter to you and set a goal. Kynox plots your doses on the graph of your chosen metric, so you can see the timeline side-by-side. The app displays, it doesn't interpret.

NUTRITION WITHOUT TROUBLE-ENTRY
Snapshot of your plate to get an estimate of calories and macros, scan a barcode, or enter manually. Each suggestion remains editable before saving. Your calorie range is calculated based on your profile, with a safety threshold, and hydration tracking is included.

HELPFUL TOOLS
Cog/mg/g conversion, injection volume calculation with syringe graduation visualization, complete history, export of all your data to CSV. The doctor's report condenses your intake and measurements into a clear summary to take to your appointment.

WHAT KYNOX DOESN'T DO
No dosage, product, or protocol recommendations. No catalog, no vendor links, no online store. You decide what you enter. It's a logbook, not a consultant.

PRIVACY
Your data is hosted within the European Union and is never sold. You can delete your account and all your data from the app settings.

SUBSCRIPTION
Kynox operates on a subscription basis, with a 3-day free trial. Renewal is automatic, and you can cancel at any time from the Play Store.

Interface and content are entirely in French.
