This app could use some improvements. A lot actually. For instance, once the goods are dispatched, include a tracking feature or include the number of the driver for communication. My goods were dispatched three days ago but not yet delivered. The drivers sometimes cancel orders without informing me. My experience with this service is not good

I liked it at first time I used it but it has become the worst app for sure,I can't even log in again, with no reason at all. maybe it's no longer functioning because I don't understand why the app can't work All of a sudden

Very disappointed,I ordered for some goods on arrival the goods were not in good shape at all,it took me three days to reach to customer care for the return,the customer care is not also responsible doesn't know what to do with the destroyed goods to be returned,so annoying,for two weeks nothing done no response from them......the services are very slow and not recommendable....
