The App is very good to use but sometimes it won't let me in into my account or its malfunctioning (frozen) and I can't do anything about it. Like last week I was trying to use the app for like a couple of days and it wouldn't let me into my account or it just stopped working completely. Hopefully they can fix these issues within the app.

I'm glad they finally updated the app and gave it new features, and their ATMs are now modern, and you can do transfers, etc.

My experience has been horrible and unacceptable when calling. The phone rings forever and when I am transferred the phone rings forever again. This not the way to do business and frustrating to the clients.
