Keeping a regular gaming crew organised usually means scattered chats, paper punch cards and arguments about who picks teams. This app keeps all of it in one place on your phone.
What you can do
→ Weekly rota
Build a schedule of your regular nights with a title, genre, start time, skill level and entry cost in Squad Coins. The Tonight tab shows the next night with a countdown, and one tap marks you as "I'm in".
→ Pass wallet
Store prepaid session passes the way a punch card works. Each check-in punches one session, and the pass shows how many sessions remain, what a single session works out to, and how many days are left before it expires. When two passes are active, the one that expires first is used, so nothing goes to waste. No pass? The visit is recorded as a drop-in instead.
→ Check-in
Pick the night (or add one that is not on the rota), note what you played, and punch the pass in a couple of taps.
→ Team draft
Mark who showed up, then let the app draw captains and split the roster. Choose Balanced to even out total skill, or Snake to let captains pick in turns. The finished teams can be copied and shared with the group.
→ Visit log and stats
After play, record a win, loss or draw and whether you were MVP. The log turns this into a weekly streak, weekly bars, coins spent per month and win rates for each genre.
→ Desk
Keep your venue's opening hours and a card for your rig in one control panel, along with your gamer tag and app settings.
Good to know
Everything is stored locally on this device – there are no accounts, no servers and no sign-in. Squad Coins are a simple in-app counter for tracking entry costs; they are not real money and cannot be bought or exchanged. Four sample nights are included on first launch so you can explore right away, and you can edit or delete them at any time.
