About this game

Lantern Maze is an atmospheric board strategy game where every step depends on light. Guide your traveler across the maze and reach the opposite edge before your rival.

Travelers may move only to adjacent illuminated squares. Relocate lanterns to open new routes, reshape the field of light, and cut off your opponent’s path. Surround a rival lantern from two opposite sides with your own lights to extinguish it and transform the board.

Choose how you want to play:
• 6×6, 8×8, and 10×10 boards;
• local two-player matches on one device;
• play against a bot with three difficulty levels;
• select a random first move or start as Ember or Moss.

There are two ways to win: guide your traveler to the rival edge first, or leave your opponent without an illuminated route for three consecutive turns. Plan each step, reposition your lanterns at the right moment, and build a safe trail through the darkness.

Lantern Maze works completely offline. No account or internet connection is required. Your active match is saved automatically, and completed journeys appear in the local match history.

Light the way, outthink your rival, and lead your traveler out of the dark.
Guide your traveler through light in a tactical lantern maze.
