Ratings and reviews

Management needs to be trained themselves and its employees. Customer service is not very helpful. They don't return phone calls as they tell you they will. It's better to go in person. My personal opinion is to take your money to a better bank preferably a national bank where it's global and the service is top notch. Believe me you will SEE and FEEL the difference. I DID.

Terrible app. The app doesn't work. The ATMs work occasionally and are limited in what they can do. Going through the drive through is ok but having to use lobby services is pretty bad. Long waits or lines are not unusual.

This app used to be pretty good ...one could see past monthly statements..this new version does not show them...it is easier to use but the lack past monthly statements makes it undesirable.
