Worst bus company ever. After booking and paying using the app, they cancelled the trip. The bus company said not enough people booked. Very inconvenient as I looked for other bookings at the last minute but the trip is still active on the app. They should have cancelled the trip on the app as well. What a disaster. Not using this bus company again.

Very disappointed with the service today (24 Sept 2025). I booked 2 tickets from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, departure 1:15 PM, with clear notes: pickup at Stoung, Kompong Thom and 2 seats together in the front (as we get bus sick). But when I called customer service around 2 PM, they seemed unaware of my request. Our front seats were not kept, and instead we were given seats at the back, separated from each other. This is not what I booked and not acceptable service.

Awful bus service. Also they charge foreigners extra money- dishonest company!
