Awful bus service. Also they charge foreigners extra money- dishonest company!

Worst bus company ever. After booking and paying using the app, they cancelled the trip. The bus company said not enough people booked. Very inconvenient as I looked for other bookings at the last minute but the trip is still active on the app. They should have cancelled the trip on the app as well. What a disaster. Not using this bus company again.

They cancel your trip 2 hours before you're planned to leave. If you dont answer their call when they try to call you (because you work or you are busy), they dont text...they just put you on one of the following trips. And when you try to contact Customer Service...noone replies. Terrible company. I checked on BookMeBus other trips for the same time, and my original trip with Larryta was still there but fully booked. I do not understand...that's terrible.
