actual trash and pointless overengineering. sometimes takes three tries to work for no reason, and you just have to sit there and wait to be let in to your own home. requires you to give it Bluetooth access, but will still let you open the door remotely (except when that doesn't work either). also, i had to leave a review here because their own feedback option is "broken".

Lots of potential. Service itself seems decent but the app isn't. Fails to unlock doors occasionally and you have to retry. Reorder doesn't work 70% of the time, and if you restart the app, the changes are gone and you have to scroll through 100s of doors to find that one. Widget is one and done. Once you set it up there no way to update it, so you're stuck with the keys you added the 1st time. And no watch app!!?? This is literally begging to have a watch app. 2 stars docked just for that.

The app is extremely unreliable. Unfortunately, my apt complex decided to install this across all the buildings and it's been a mess. The app doesn't load the list of locks, doesn't work when I don't have Internet connection. Bluetooth/NFC doesn't work in the basement or lifts as well. I've had to resort to copying the code and keeping it in my notes because the app wouldn't even load the list of locks for me to be able to see the code some times. It's a horrible user experience esp for Android.
