Not bad, but needs improvement. Works OK for Bluetooth based unlock but slow at times. some locks don't work even though I'm provisioned for them. seems like they're out of capacity on the number of devices that can be authorized. also, guest access works funny. I have to invite someone, then revoke access. then add them again for it to work.

I am a professional software engineer. This app is far too slow and inconsistent to be considered a viable product. Not to mention the UI is horrible and allows almost no customization to save your most frequently used doors in some kind of shortlist. my apartment has a garage, a courtyard, two entrances, a mailroom and seven floors of tenants. My list of doors to unlock is like 50 entries long. I don't want to have to keyword search for the doors I need. This is a terribly executed mess.

The building where I reside uses LATCH. As a 5.5 user. The app has been more of an inconvenience. Number one issue,for 5.5 years I've not been able to yet get resolved. Which causes me to exit my car to acces my parking spot.The app is expected to connect via Bluetooth but I must enter manually via keypad. That often requires multiple entries before connecting. Also, there's always an issue with the keypads not responding. Whether, the code is manyally typed or via Galaxy S25 Ultra.
