How it Works:

1. Schedule a recurring or one-time pickup from your phone or computer through your online account, text message, phone call, or the 2ULaundry app. No subscriptions necessary!

2. The night before (and morning of) pickup day, we’ll send you a reminder to load up your bags and leave them out for pickup. We'll keep you up-to-date by letting you know our ETA, and when we're close by for pickup.

3. Breathe easy and know your clothes are in great hands! We’ll return your clothes clean next day for a small fee or in 2 days for free. We’ll even let you know when our driver is close to your delivery location.

UPDATE: WOW! I was contacted by the dev and they resolved the glitch, which had been affecting a handful of accounts. Adam, thank you so much for all your help! I'm truly impressed! For weeks now, I'm unable to login to the app. When I put in the text confirmation code, I always get the error message, "The verification code is invalid or expired." I've tried dozens of times. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, multiple times. I've downloaded the new update. I've restarted my device. Nothing works.

Quick sign up (select either pay as you go or a subscription) and then they drop off bags for you to load to let them know on how you want your items to be cleaned (dry cleaning, delicates, linens, regular). You can set your pickup date and the date your items come back to you. Clothes came back clean and really well folded - the folding was my favorite part. Would use again for dry cleaning.

In my area, they also seem to be marketed as a service called Zips. I tried Zips once, had the same issues with this, which I thought was different. Support says they only do that when it's overflow. Who knows what's true. On the positive side, support is responsive and willing to give a $30 credit when things go wrong. They won't automatically apply it, but they offer it without drama.
