Had no issues until switching phones. I purchased a new phone and after logging into my account all of my points (approximately 15,000) and Cash balance of approximately $35.00 were gone. This app has no contact for support. who do I call to retrieve my funds and points?! Pretty upsetting. Huge brand and no way to contact anyone for support.

Works well but it's a bit of a scam to get more money than other laundromats. Pausing a dryer can cause paid time to expire, and you have to purchase at least 8 minutes if you aren't adding more time, as well as having to add money $10 at a time, meaning you'll always have a balance even if you decide not to use your tide laundromat anymore.

Apparently you have to be connected to the locations wifi for anything to work, literally nothing on location says this if the pop-up in the app to tell you that doesn't show up. This was irritating as a first time user and needs to be more clear, maybe put a sign on the washers or wall that says what the pop-up says as the numerous times I opened the app to try to figure out what was wrong, it never popped up to tell me that till today.
