About this app

The ProSpot application is owned and operated by Lava International Ltd. It is designed to be used with the ProWatch series of smartwatch wearables developed by Lava International Ltd.

The app connects to ProWatch via Bluetooth and enhances the smartwatch experience by offering a variety of activity tracking and smartwatch control features.

- Tracks daily activities: step count, distance traveled, calories burned.
- Monitors heart rate and SpO₂ levels (as recorded by the smartwatch).
- Sleep tracking and stress monitoring (displaying smartwatch-provided data).
- Set and track daily activity goals, including steps, distance, and calories, to stay motivated and achieve your fitness targets.

ProSpot does not analyze, interpret, or provide medical guidance. It simply displays the health and activity data recorded by the smartwatch to enhance the user’s fitness tracking experience.
