Ratings and reviews

Over the last week or so, the app won't load results and has to be restarted every other search. It works one time after restarting and then crashes again. Strange and frustrating. Edit, 1 month later: still having this issue, literally have to close the app each search and then open it and it works the second time.

I'm a recent subscriber and I like it so far. It's nice to be able to block websites and sources that use paywalls or are not useful. If you have the android app, you can log in and use the session link from there in your web browser's search string to avoid being logged out when you clear browser data. It even stays logged in in private windows that way!

Kagi as a service is brilliant. It surpasses big G in every meaningful way when it comes to searching. The app is subpar, it's a web wrapper for the website and has a widget. I'm not sold on the app, I highly recommend setting Kagi as your default search provider in your browser and using your browser's search widget. It's much faster that way. However, the app requires fewer steps to set up, so I guess that's nice. This app seems to exist mainly for exposure. But again, it's just a wrapper.
