About this app

Layla empowers Canadians to take greater control of their mental health, bridging the gap between wanting care and getting it. We make it faster and simpler for individuals, couples and families to connect with the right therapist in-person or online.

Layla is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, or you or someone may be in danger please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

At a time when demand for mental health services is greater than ever, Layla lets you spend less time searching for care and more time getting it. Because mental health care is complex – but finding it doesn’t have to be.


Pricing and Coverage

Our journey starts with an intake and conversation, at no cost, to understand your unique challenges and goals. Then, we connect you to the right therapist of your choice. Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are billed at $130 per session inclusive of tax.

While not covered by OHIP, our services are often covered by private insurance and employer benefits plans. Email [e-mail] if you have any questions and we will do our best to help you.
