Instead of mixing everything into one task list, StillOpen keeps two linked to-do lists:
My Turn: tasks, calls, replies and promises you owe
Their Turn: follow-ups, money, files and answers you are waiting for
One glance shows what you need to do and what somebody else still owes you.
Two to-do lists, one clear next move
Every open loop belongs on one side. My Turn is your personal task list. Their Turn is your waiting-on list. Move an item between them whenever the next action changes hands, then close it when the loop is finished.
Capture a task in five seconds
Add the person, the to-do, whose turn it is and an optional due date. You can also copy a message from any app and paste it straight into StillOpen, so a reply, favor or promise does not disappear in an old chat.
Follow-ups that age honestly
Open items show how long they have been waiting. Older follow-ups become easier to spot without turning your to-do list into a wall of red alerts. Due dates stay visible, even when they have passed.
Everything open with each person
Open a person to see the tasks, replies, favors, IOUs and promises between you in both directions. A complete event timeline shows what changed and when, so you can walk into a conversation knowing exactly what is still open.
Task reminders without notification overload
Use due dates, the Ledger at a Glance home-screen widget and one quiet daily digest at most. StillOpen reminds you about the list without constantly interrupting you.
Private and fully offline
No account. No login. No analytics. Your people, tasks, notes and attachments stay on your phone. Export your data to CSV or JSON whenever you want.
