This app is the BEST. Exactly as advertised, I got someone on videochat practically instantly, and they were able to walk me through everything I needed. Fantastic app! Spoke to Aaron via video in app, sent him photos and described what the problem was (how the heck to remove a shower set trim and handle). 1st, he suggested turning off the water main :-) and covering the drain!! (Smart!) Gave me a general overview of what I needed to do and more importantly how to do it, what tools or gadget to use; sent a link to a tool I would need. And suggested taping small screws in painter's tape so as not to lose them. All around, made sense of it all!!
