Meet-Ring is the official companion app for Meet-Ring smart ring. It connects to your ring via Bluetooth, turning your phone into a personal health management hub—helping you track key body data and stay on top of your health anytime, anywhere.

2. Key Features
-Comprehensive Health Monitoring: Sync real-time data including heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, ECG, and menstrual cycle. View data trends and historical records with clear charts.
-Smart Health Alerts: Get timely notifications when your heart rate, blood oxygen, or temperature is abnormal. All alert history is saved for easy review.
-Device & Activity Management: Sync workout data from your ring and get activity scores. Customize ring functions like vibration alerts (calls, notifications) and ring alarms.
-Personalized Settings: Switch between multiple languages, adjust measurement units, and sync data with Google Fit for seamless health tracking across platforms.

3. How to use
Download and install the app, then register or log in.
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, and connect to your Meet-Ring smart ring in the ""Device Management"" section.
Once connected, view real-time health data on the homepage. Customize settings in the ""Profile"" section.

This app requires a Meet-Ring smart ring to function—health data cannot be collected without the device.
