Been using this app for a few weeks and am really impressed, it has a really friendly UI that makes navigating the App very easy. KYC is lengthy in comparison to other exchanges but well worth it in the end. I had a issue with a transaction that i believe got stuck, took time to come through. I contacted customer support via email and they are so helpful and fast to respond and best of all the emails dont read like generic copy and paste responces which is a nice touch. I recommend the App.

Tried to set up app 5 times, and it keeps telling me to enter valid county, which I have done. Also, you need to add the US for country of Origin. Also, every time I go back, it deletes everything, forcing me to start over. Unless fixes are made, I will not be using your app, and will keep it at 1 star.

App not intuitive. Switching & transferring between main wallet and exchange wallet is confusing. And in both cases I cannot figure out how to get it to show balances for altcoins. It will only show balances for 'main coins' like btc eth lcx and usdc, even if that balance is zero. I could not find my floki anywhere. I had to log onto exchange via a desktop to see floki balance. Also when you make trades the mobile app does not list details like fees. Again I had to use desktop. Mostly useless.
