Supplier is the nursery-side app for the LeafPick B2B plant procurement platform, built for suppliers who list stock for landscaping and procurement teams sourcing live projects.
LIST YOUR INVENTORY
Add plants with specifications, pricing, and quantity — including dimensions, container size, and photos. Every listing goes through Administrator review before it appears in the marketplace, and if something is turned down, you'll see exactly why.
KEEP STOCK ACCURATE
Update prices, adjust quantities, and take a listing down the moment it sells out, so customers never request a plant you no longer have. Filter your inventory by approval status, location, or low stock at a glance.
MANAGE YOUR LOCATIONS
Register each nursery site with its address and coordinates, and assign stock to the location it actually sits on. Suppliers with more than one site can mark a primary location and switch between them.
STAY ON TOP OF APPROVALS
Your dashboard shows total listings, pending approvals, open requests, and locations at a glance. Push notifications tell you the moment an Administrator approves or rejects a listing, so you're never waiting to find out.
WORKS OFFLINE
Your inventory and locations are cached on your device, so you can keep browsing even with a poor connection — changes sync automatically once you're back online.
Supplier accounts are provisioned by your organization as part of onboarding to LeafPick; there is no public sign-up. If you supply plants for LeafPick projects and need access, contact your LeafPick account manager.
