About this app

Procurement is a field tool for landscaping and horticulture teams. It
lets procurement officers record plants at the nursery or on site, submit
them against project specifications, and track client approvals from one
place.

An account is required. Procurement is issued to staff and partners of
the operating company; it is not a general-purpose shopping app and has
no public sign-up.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Work through assigned projects and their plant specifications
• See required quantities, approved counts and what remains outstanding
• Photograph and upload plants directly from the field, with location
captured automatically
• Submit plants against a specification for client review
• Track approvals and rejections as they happen
• Read and reply to comments on individual plants
• Browse marketplace listings from approved suppliers
• Monitor deadlines and outstanding actions from the dashboard

BUILT FOR SITE WORK

Nurseries and project sites rarely have reliable signal. Plant uploads,
including photographs and GPS coordinates, are stored on the device when
you are offline and sent automatically once a connection returns. Nothing
is lost and nothing needs re-entering.

STAY INFORMED

Push notifications tell you when a client approves or rejects a plant you
submitted, and when comments are added. Opening a notification takes you
straight to the relevant item.

• An account provided by your organisation
• Camera access, to photograph plants
• Location access, to record where a plant was recorded

Procurement is part of the LeafPick platform, alongside companion apps
for customers and suppliers.

Please run:
• Sign in with your procurement account, then close and reopen the app
• Projects → open a project → check specifications and plant counts
• Upload a plant with photos, including with mobile data off
• Tap a notification from the phone's notification tray — it should
open the app, not a blank screen
• Pull to refresh on Home, Projects and Alerts

Report: any crash, blank screen, slow cold start, or wrong data.
