1166 began as a National helpline for suicide prevention helping people overcome their suicidal thoughts or any form of emotional distress. We have a mental hospital located at Lagankhel, Kathmandu working to destigmatize mental health & promote mental healing.
Now we are also available as a mobile app making it easier for you to reach out to us with your mental or emotional health issues, and all that for free of cost. Come chat or talk to our facilitators about your feelings at your preferred time.
