About this app

With this free Leaphy app, you can get access to the latest Patient Information Leaflet of your medicine. By scanning the barcode or the more recent 2D data matrix on the outer packaging of your medicine, you can retrieve the patient leaflet.

Today, you can view the patient information of medicines available on the Belgian market; in the future, you will be able to consult the patient leaflets of all medicines available in the Europe.

Public Information Leaflets (PIL)

We have structured the content of the PIL in such a way that it is easy for you to scan through all the information in the leaflet.
Leaphy also provides you the following additional information of your medicine:

- the pharmaceutical form (tablets, capsules, liquid, etc)
- price and reimbursement
- reference product or generic medicine
- prescription medicine or over-the-counter
- a recent picture of the packaging

History

Leaphy keeps a history of the last 10 scans. The leaflets in the history can also be consulted offline.
