beware using this app, worked fine the first month, then when the subscription renewed the app lost all its settings. support initially seemed helpful and offered to refund if their last attempt at fixing didn't work, upon replying to that their email address vanished. still a week later - nothing, it's like they've just disappeared

I keep making payment without having access to the app features. keeps resetting and asking for payment even though I have an active subscription. I need my money back. I feel scammed

The letters of the sounds aren't being sounded out when we move to full words
